Inconsistent hot water in the mornings!!! Issues with housekeeping schedules led to dissatisfaction with room cleanliness!!! I suggest clarifying the parking situation for better navigation!!!

Big hype, little substance

While the location offers easy access to the subway and nearby shopping, the room we had was disappointingly small and lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator. Cleanliness was spotty, and noise from the street was an issue. Parking was confusing, making us uneasy about leaving our vehicle there. It feels more like bare bones than a true getaway.

Clean and modern rooms.

I had the most terrible experience at this hotel. The AC in my room was broken and incredibly loud, rendering it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The staff barely communicated with the so-called 'boss' and I could never get a straight answer. To top it all off, I left a valuable item behind, and they said it was locked away by the manager I couldn't meet. Worst service ever!

my stay at wyndham garden was really enjoyable. the room was clean, had a lovely view, and the bed was super comfy. the hotel is in a great location, just a short distance from queens center. plus, the staff were really friendly and helpful—it made my experience even better!

Location is great, just two blocks from the subway and only 30 minutes to Manhattan. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking options are confusing and the garage attendant seemed unprofessional. No fridge in the room made it tough for my snacks.

The room was nice and clean with a super comfy bed. It was a bit small but manageable for the stay. I appreciated having a Starbucks right there. Overall, it had a modern vibe, but I could hear noise from the hall, which was a bit annoying. Also, it could really use a mini-fridge in the room.

It was just an optimal selection for an overnight stay in New York with good value. The hotel was clean, but I experienced hot water issues in the shower. Tip, Check the shower temperature before getting in.
